2 Year Manufacturing Warranty
Coverage:
Our 2 year manufacturing warranty is a testament to the quality and craftsmanship of Kataphrakt watches. It covers any defects arising from the manufacturing process, providing you peace of mind about the reliability of your timepiece.
Please keep in mind that this does not cover:
- Wear and tear from daily use or depleted battery
- Damage arising from obvious impact or excessive use of the watch
- Watch that has not been registered
- Lost warranty certificate card and purchase receipt / invoice
In general, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized repair attempts. We will review your application in good faith.
What's Covered:
- Movement: Any malfunction or defect with the watch movement.
- Case: Defects in the polished Rose Gold Stainless Steel case.
- Crystal: Any defects with the coated Mineral Glass.
- Strap: Aesthetic defects in the strap.

2 Year Insurance Plan
Coverage:
Our 2-year insurance plan goes beyond manufacturing defects, providing comprehensive coverage for accidental damages. Whether it's a scratch on the case, damage to the crystal, or any other unforeseen accidents (Including loss of the watch), this insurance plan ensures your watch remains in top-notch condition.
Please understand this insurance is provided out of good faith and we have the right to decline any claims that take malicious advantage.
Replacement Option:
In the unfortunate event that your watch experiences irreparable damage, our insurance plan allows you to replace it with the same model or a similar priced Kataphrakt watch at 50% off the recommended retail price (RRP). The same models are subject to availability at the time, and we cannot not guarantee same model replacements 100% of the time. In replacement with similar priced models, we will negate the small difference in price.
